Biography
Jesse has been teaching skiing since 2008, and is currently employed at Deer Valley Resort, primarily working with children. He was named the Deer Valley Children’s Instructor of the Year for the 2016-2017 season, and earned his Alpine Level 3 certification in February 2018. Previously, he taught for five years at Snowbird Resort and three years at Eldora Mountain Resort in Colorado.
He began consulting for PSIA-AASI Intermountain in 2016 and PSIA-AASI Northern Rocky Mountain in 2019, and designed the new online event calendar, as well as managed the re-organization of the Division website.

Why do you work in the ski industry?
It’s my dream job! I get to ski and hang out with awesome kids every day!
What else do you do besides skiing?
I love hiking and climbing mountains in the summertime; my current goal is to climb every non-technical peak in the Wasatch.
