Your NRM officers and board members represent you in guiding the activities of NRM and in setting our course for the longer term. Our work is made better when we hear from you what’s working, what’s not, and what might be missing from the work of NRM. We strongly encourage you to contact any officer or board member if you have questions, want to share an idea, or have a concern. Just send anyone of us an email.
Join the Board!
Our Board members are PSIA-AASI NRM members just like you who have stepped up to help support your fellow instructors in NRM. This is a great way to give back to all those in NRM and nationally who make happen events, certification, news, pro deals and so much more. Plus, it’s a great way to get experience on a board of directors and in how a board governs – a good experience for anyone interested in leadership roles in or outside of the snowsports industry.
We have lots more detail about what it means to serve on the NRM Board, but the basics are Board members are elected by the general membership each spring for a three-year term. Officers are elected by the Board at our spring meeting for two-year terms. Board meetings are held in person in the fall, in December during Fall Fest, and again in the spring. We generally meet monthly on video as well.
