Course Description:

2 days, where the focus will be on Tech & People Skills.

Objectives:

• Each participant can verbally state behaviors they saw for each assessment criteria from the Technical Skills Assessment Form.
• Each participant can verbally state behaviors they saw for each assessment criteria from the People Skills Assessment Form.

All candidates will do shorter teach/MA segments at least 2 times. These segments will consist of verbalizing what they are focused on, what they want to see, describing personal performance to those outcomes, describing other performance, giving feedback to the other candidates that produces change (must teach).

All demos and tasks are skied through.

The assessment form for both People and Tech will be scored by the leader and filled out at the end with scores. Candidates will score themselves throughout and submit their scores as well to compare for self-assessment purposes.

All participants attending PSIA-AASI Northern Rocky Mountain events are strongly encouraged to wear a helmet and other appropriate protective equipment while sliding or riding.

NRM Registration Policies:

The fee for an event may be refunded until seven days prior to the commencement of an event. The fee shall be refunded less an administrative charge of $10. Refunds requested within seven days of the event shall be refunded one half the amount paid by the participant. No refunds shall be granted on the day of the event or later. Requests for refunds or changes in your registrations may be made by contacting the office by phone at 406-581-6139, or by email at info@psia-nrm.org.
