Course Description:

No need to head to the Southern Hemisphere for some lift served turns, we have some of the best right here in NRM. NRM Alpine and Tele Teams would like to invite you to ski and camp with them for two days at North America's only summer specific ski area, Beartooth Basin, https://beartoothbasin.com, at the top of the Beartooth Highway in Wyoming.

Beartooth Summer Camp

June 5th-8th

♦️OPTIONAL- Friday, June 5th

• Meet 5 PM to 7pm Blackrock group campground.
• Check in and meet and greet

♦️Saturday, June 6th

9am- Meet Beartooth ski area (Car pooling to ski area is suggested do to limited parking)

• Ski assessment of personal skiing and goals
• Off snow TBD snow conditions

6pm- Dinner Red Lodge Pizza Co. (optional) with Eliza sharing State of the Region/ general Stoke

♦️Sunday, June 7th

9am- Meet Beartooth ski area (Car pooling to ski area is suggested do to limited parking)

• AM- Lap coaching tailored towards personal skiing
• PM- Coaching Tactics for skiing the Garner Headwall
• Off snow TBD snow conditions

DInner will be on your own this evening

♦️Monday, June 8th

9am- Ski the Gardner Headwall (optional)

• Shuttle laps
• Day dependent on Snow conditions/weather

Cost

• 2 Day Registration: $246
• 3 Day Registration: $369
• $50.00 Lift tickets per day (separate cost)
• Group camp site is pending

• Camping gear for the weekend
• Plan for any weather Montana can bring us
• Possibilities of rain, lightning holds, snow and hot sunny days!
• Sun protection (spf 50) skiing is at 11,000 ft
• Gardner Headwall
• Day pack food and water for the day
• Avy gear: Avalanche beacon, shovel, probe

All participants attending PSIA-AASI Northern Rocky Mountain events are strongly encouraged to wear a helmet and other appropriate protective equipment while sliding or riding.

NRM Event Cancellation Policies:

The fee for an event may be fully refunded or transferred to a new event 3 weeks before the events start date. Between 3 and 1 week from the start date of the event, a 50% refund or event transfer is available. Less than a week til an event, no refunds or event transfers shall be granted. The self-cancellation button, which can be found next to the event you are registered for, can be used at any time and will reflect the aforementioned refund percentages.
