NRM Fall Fest - December 11-13, 2009

PSIA-NRM, PO Box 11392, Bozeman, MT 59719This December NRM will once again be hosting Fall Fest in Big Sky! Join us for early-season fun at NRM's largest annual event. This year's Fest will begin Friday evening, Dec. 11 and will run through Sunday, Dec. 13.
Weekend events and activities will include two full days of clinics, Friday movie night and Saturday happy hour and silent auction.
Registration is $125 for both members and non-members*.
Big Sky Resort will once again be offering discounted lift tickets and lodging to Fall Fest participants with lodging as low as $99/night! If you will also be attending Spring Carnival you may be interested in Big Sky's Bigger Sky Card which includes free skiing the first and last weeks of the season.

*FALL FEST REGISTRATION POLICIES
Registration deadline for Fall Fest is Friday, Nov. 27.Registration fee for Fall Fest $125Registration fee after the deadline $175Includes Saturday and Sunday clinics plus evening social events.NOTE:Friday Pre-Fall Fest Clinics are not included in the registraiton fee.The ACE is Fri-Sat only, Sun is not included in the registration fee..Avalanche Level 1 is Fri-Sun at a $60 extra fee ($185 total for the 3 days)
Event group assignment policyEvery effort will be made to assign you to your first choice of clinics at your ability level. However, in order to balance the group sizes and interests, this is not always possible. The best way to be assured of getting your choice of clinics is to register as early as possible.
Cancellation & Refund PolicyShould cancellation become necessary seven days or more before the event, your registration fees will be refunded less a $10 cancellation fee. Within seven days of the event half of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given if requested on the day of the event or later. All requests must be made directly to the NRM office.
Lift TicketsLift tickets will be available at the discounted rate of $42 per adult, per day to group members registered in accommodations through Big Sky Inc..

Discounted LodgingSpecial Fall Fest room rates are available Thursday, Dec. 10 through Sunday, Dec. 13. Contact Big Sky Reservations for accommodation rates and availability prior to Thursday.
