Event Registration FAQs

How do register for an event?
Complete the NRM Event Registration Form and mail it along with payment to the NRM office.

Can I register online?
Not at this point in time. This function of the new database is not live yet, But we’re getting closer. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we go through the transition to the new system.

Can I register the day of the event?
There is no event day registration.

Is there a registration deadline?
YES - The deadline is two weeks prior to the event’s start date. A $50 late fee applies to registrations made within two weeks of the start date. If payment is not received by the event start date, registration will be canceled.

Please note - Registrations made after the two-week deadline are on a space available basis and will not be guaranteed. If participant numbers have not reached maximum, registration may be allowed but will incur a late registration fee ($50).

What is the min/max participant number for events?
The minimum number of participants for an event is five. If there are fewer than five individuals registered for an event two weeks prior to the event, the event may be canceled or rescheduled.

The maximum number of participants is ten for educational clinics and eight for exams. If registration numbers exceed these maximum numbers, additional clinic/exam groups may be created provided the new group numbers meet minimum number requirements.

If I cancel will I be refunded the registration fee?
Should cancellation become necessary seven days or more before the event, registration fees will be refunded less a $10 cancellation fee. Within seven days of the event half of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given if requested on the day of the event or later. All refund requests must be made directly to the NRM office.

RED LODGE MOUNTAIN

$30 PSIA/AASI Members showing current national membership card
$20 PSIA/AASI-NRM current members participating in an educational event
FREE Any holder of a MSAA card
FREE Any exam candidates taking a RLM exam
FREE Any examiner/clinician facilitating an educational event or exam

BRIDGER BOWL

Registered participants who are PSIA/AASI members and show their member id or other proof of current membership may receive a complimentary lift ticket for the day of the event.

Participants may use an MSAA card in exchange for a complimentary lift ticket for the event.

BIG SKY

Registered participants who are PSIA/AASI members and show their member id or other proof of current membership may receive a $39 discounted lift ticket for the day/s of the event.

Participants may use an MSAA card in exchange for a complimentary lift ticket for the event.

NRM ed staff facilitating an educational event or exam receive complimentary lift tickets for the day/s of the event.
