Ten easy things you can do to increase your client return rate
By Lynn Fulton, The Big Mountain
1. Remember their name.
2. Invite them to ski with you again.
3. Tell them/their parents how to sign up to ski with you again.
4. Say "Thank You" to them/their parents at the end of the lesson.
5. Shake their hand at the end of the lesson.
6. Take an interest in you client's life.
7. Have your lesson be more like a conversation rather than a dictation.
8. Write their full name and address down in a notebook, with the date you taught them, their interests/job, and the cues that worked. (For step 9 and 10)
9. Send a thank you card.
10. The following fall send a postcard letting them know where you are working and invite them to ski with you again.
